Salina Singleton, Founder

A proud Camden, NJ native, Salina Singleton is a dynamic force in education, media, and community development. After graduating from Woodbury High School, where she was a standout leader as Student Government President and an active participant in over ten clubs during her senior year, Salina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Initially focusing on Entrepreneurship, she later pivoted to International Business Management to expand her global perspective.

During college, Salina’s passion for advocacy and service came to life. She established the first chapter of Amnesty International on her Hackensack campus and launched *The Sleepover*, an educational advocacy program in partnership with Bergen County Habitat for Humanity. This innovative program garnered national attention, earning a feature on MTV University in 2006.

Salina began her professional journey in corporate America, working with renowned companies like Verizon Business, Estée Lauder, and Robert Half. In 2017, she ventured into entrepreneurship, founding **Wonderful Me Media**, a creative powerhouse that has produced the web series *Who Got Next*, the podcasts *We Did That Shit* and *Spicy Pecan Podcast*, and published multiple books.

In 2020, Salina joined the nonprofit sector, working with POWER Interfaith as a Coordinator and eventually serving as Interim Communication Director. She left the organization in 2023 to refocus on growing her business and deepening her community impact.

Today, Salina teaches in the Camden School District while leading Wonderful Me Media, which produces events across South Jersey and nurtures local talent. She is also the founder of the **Camden Comedy Collective**, a vibrant initiative that fosters creativity and connection through stand-up, improv, and sketch comedy. The Collective serves as a welcoming space for comedians at all levels and has become a hub of inspiration and collaboration for the community.
